first of all I an a senior and am trying to make a blog for up coming trip so family and friends can follow us. I need to know ow to insert my photos that I have uploaded and can see them
into the blogs text at the right places appropriate to the text and photo. Is this possible?
And how do I change the generic landscape picture to a more personal touch or applicable to
the story......Thanks or your help !!

Got exactly the same problem, stonz22. And I'm a senior, too. Followed the instructions I'd been given .... and I'm used to uploading pix into websites ...... and all I got was a slide show. I don't want a slideshow, I want pictures in my text!
However, I thought, give it a go, saved and published to my test address and nothing's changed.
Oh for the days of Mac's iWeb. That was simple and straightforward.

Got a feeling I was crying before I was hurt!. Jacques sent me this jpg, I followed the instructions, with admittedly LOTS of blips and cussing when it didn't seem logical and it seems to have worked

Was I crying before I was hurt? Left the thing an hour, came back and the stuff had bounced up to the satellite or whatever it does and it looks like it's worked. Jacques sent me Photos weaving-1.jpg and after some cussing, due to the fact that one has to uncheck the box, rather than check it and a few boss shots before I realised that the best thing to do was reduce the picture size to 800 pixels or thereabouts, it seems to have worked
