The biggest problem you have is your time of arrival but you cant do anything about that!
As you probably know, Port Titanic Hotel is in Bakırköy just 5 kms from İstanbuls main Atatürk Airport and approximately 60kms from Sabiha Gökçen.
The best way would normally be getting the Havaş bus service into Taksim and then another Havaş service from Taksim to Bakırköy Sea Port stop(en route to Atatürk Airport ) which must only a short taxi ride away from your hotel - or maybe a taxi all the way from Taksim. Depends how much luggage you have!
But, unfortunately, theres unlikely to be a Havaş service from Sabiha Gökçen between 01.00 and around 04.00, despite the fact they say they meet all flight arrivals.
A taxi is the easiest, convenient but most expensive option and I would estimate the cost at between 80 and 100 Turkish Lira.
There are of course several other inexpensive ways of using public transport from around 04.00 buses, ferries, etc.- but I wouldnt necessarily recommend them if this is your first visit to the city. İstanbul has an excellent transport system but, as with any busy metropolis, it can be a little daunting for the first timer!
However, if can help with more local transport information do please let me know.
Enjoy your travels.
