Hi, have you tried using a different web browser? You may have a setting in your web browser that is not allowing the text editor to load, try using another web browser if you can.
If switching browsers is not an option and you cannot get your current web browser to work, you can try signing out and signing in again this time selecting "Use update express" when you sign in. This option sometimes helps when users have difficulty using a mobile web browser.
