Yeh I did it on the north island of NZ. You can do it all over the world now, including (last I heard) Ireland and Thailand. It's great fun. There are two types: Dry Zorbing and Wet Zorbing.
Dry is when you're actually strapped in to the ball and spin with it as you go down the hill.
I did the Wet. They put some slippery water in the ball and as the ball rolls it feels like you're on a waterslide. I did it with a mate of mine so the two of us were in it bouncing around and giggling the whole time.

Nah, it's like a huge bounding inflatable rubber ball thing. The only way of getting hurt is by bones crashing in to soft places as you tumble around violently with your slippery Zorbing partner..
