I think it would depend on the airline you're flying with although I think they're all fairly similar.........? Our major carrier here (Air Canada) charges full fare for a child under two for their own seat on a domestic flight as well and a "child fare" for their own seat on an international flight ( 2 to 12 years)
An infant is defined as a passenger under 2 (two) years of age. For international flights only, infants between 0 and 2 years travelling on their parent's lap pay 10% of adult fare, and a child between 2 (two) and 11 (eleven) years of age pays a child fare.
I'm not sure how much child fare is.
I think you'll be paying 70% of the flight.....
