I created an account and blog for our group trip about a week ago and tested it with both posting at the site and via the mobile e-mail approach, including attached files. A couple of people in our group are using the iPhone app and others of us are using the e-mail with the private word I sef up (I.e., account.secretword@travelpod.com)

First posts using this seemed to work and then starting Tuesday, no posts from the app or e-mail are showing up and everyone is frustrated. Only posts directly on the web site are showing up. I sent in a help e-mail and nobody has replied for several days. Needless to say we are not impressed. Any help would be appreciated.

The account is glcraleigh.

Hi there,
We did have asome technical difficulties on Tuesday that interfered with members updating their sites for part of the day. However, we are checking to see if any of your e-mails got caught up in the technical problems.
I apologize for the delay, we'll be in touch regarding the outstanding email updates.
Entries submitted through the app should update on the site the next time you run the app with a network connection. Try pulling the entry list down and releasing it to refresh/sync with the server.

I recommend sending your email updates again. The email update system is working properly now, but it may have been disrupted during the outage on Tuesday.
