I used to be able to click Publish when I was done editing, select Send a notification to my contacts, check the box next to Notify your Facebook friends, click Send Notification and have notification sent to my Facebook friends. Now when I do that I get an error message that says, "Please enter a subject before sending." How do I get this feature to work again? Where do I enter a subject? Why do I need to enter one? I have a title. A subject seems redundant.

Howdy wheresgordon,

What browser are you using? I'll take a look right away.

Thanks for the heads-up.

I just added myself to your address book. Can you please try the Facebook notification again.

I think you've stumbled on a little bug that assumes that you have some email contact. As a quick workaround adding one address should work and we'll fix it up properly very shortly.

Eric,

It works now with an address in my address book even when I uncheck the box for sending e-mails. The box defaults to checked every time I return to the notification screen so I now have to uncheck it but at least I can still notify my Facebook friends. Thanks.

Great! We'll fix it up so that you don't have to have an address in there. When we programed it up, we didn't consider the case that someone wouldn't have any email contacts. whistle3.gif

Thanks for letting us know.

All fixed!

You can now remove me from your address list and you'll be able to just use Facebook notifications if you'd like.

Thanks again for the heads up. Never hesitate to point out the little things.

Happy travels!

Hi Eric.

I also encountered a similar error - I can no longer publish my posts on Facebook (even if I uncheck the email and other publishing options). I can't even log in into travelpod with the Facebook account.

Could you help please?

Thanks, Ursa
