G'day nolet, thanks for the heads up on this company and if it helps i have found their consulate in Washington Dc the link is here if u wish to contact them and see if they can get your money back they may not but unfortunately the island is full of corruption and the case of buyer beware if you wish to bypass Travel agents then this is one of the pitfalls so maybe next time you will check with a reputable local travel agent and see f they can help you also check the Australian government travel advisory for PNG it has some interesting health issues and such here is the link
