Hey girls and guys hows tricks?
Iv been looking for a travel blog for a while now and this seems pretty good. Thanks.
So im planning a trip for end 2013 and for all intent and purpose, it should be a truely epic attempt (or complete failure). The aim is (are you ready?) to travel from the UK to NZ by any means possible. Im not prepared to wait and save the £££££££s needed for flights etc. Check out a guy called Micheal Wigge (legend) and youl get where im coming from. UK to NZ for free. I plan on working for food and shelter (il also bring a tent) and will be relying on human pity/generosity. I think this could be an amazing opportunity to create something special that everyone can enjoy. In truth im a bit of a tit so who knows what can happen.

Youl notice im a big fan of brackets (thats because they rock!) and im not sure how else to convey these weird little thoughts that seem intent on breaking my consentration when writing.

Ps. im half english, half kiwi and the name i chose should be UKtipiwhenua, apparently thats Maori for nomad (minus the UK part). I hope thats correct.

Thanks, far from it so far but thanks none the less. I figure il try either hitch/stow away on a ferry from England to France and go from there. Think il need to try some form of couchsurfing and find simple ways to make some cash while on the road. Any ideas on that?

Its actually funny you should suggest that. My initial idea/dream was to make a complete travel blog including video and photos of incredible and obscure images from my travels. Go and see the real sights not the touristy ones. I do like that idea but i have literally no idea on how to go about achieving such a goal
