Wow! Check out these photos from the best of 2008 list National Geographic just released. They're pretty incredible.

It's hard to choose a favorite but I really like #4, the one with the frog jamming the snake into his mouth and the monkey in #6.

Of all my pix of nature, this is my fave. All my years in the US, I've seen only grey & red squirrels. When I first went in Canada in 1989, in VAncouver, I saw BLACK squirrels! hyper.gif It was so unusual to me, this moment of discover is so unforgetable.

That snake is beautiful though, isn't it?

Does anyone else change their desktop background every five minutes? Everytime a new animal shot comes up, I have to have it as my background.
