I will possibly be moving to Murcia, Spain in April (90% chance I will be working on my thesis there) and I wanted to find out some information about the city as I have never been there or even in Spain. I do speak spanish so that's one less thing to worry about. Does anyone have any advice about accommodation, driving, airport etc... Any suggestions would be great .

I sometimes fly in to Murcia airport to visit my parents in Spain. It's a tiny little airport which Ryanair have begun to monopolise, but it's nice. It's due for an expansion, I'm sure.

Besides that I don't really know anything about it. Just that the largest outbreak of Legionnaire's Disease happened there.
