American go to Cuba with Canadian?

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 4 Joined: 7-May 13 From: Texas USA Member No.: 3815773	My fiancee is Canadian, I am American. He will retire in 2015 and wants to winter -- January through March -- in Cuba. Americans can't go to Cuba for that long and must have a special license to go at all, none of which I qualify for. When we marry, I am not applying for Canadian citizenship due to financial reasons. Sooooo......... my question is -- How can I go with him to Cuba without breaking any laws or having problems with customs? Anyone have any tips? Thank you!
