Where everybody stands:

If you are planning a trip, do you take into account what kind of entertainment is on the plane?

Personally, I could care less... but I gotta say the onboard multiplayer gaming in Asia is awesome.

PONG FOREVER!

Icelandair has by far the nicest in-flight air entertainment system I have ever seen. Video games, USB port, lots of music, movies, and tv shows, all on a touchscreen right in front of you. We used it and it was nice, but I'll take a more comfortable seat and more footroom anyday. I actually thought Delta's little "For The Long Haul" goodie bag was a very nice touch, instead of a souped up entertainment system.

I don't take into account inflight entertainment when choosing an airline. I always bring my own books, magazines, laptop, etc to keep myself occupied, but it is a nice perk when I've bumped into inflight entertainment. My favorite was jetblue.
