Hi! Will be in Amsterdam in August, and have some questions! I'm only going to be there for a few days, but I'm wondering what is the best way to sort out transportation cost. What I mean to say is, are there transportation passes available--like 2, 3, 5 day passes? And if there are, are they worth it? I only plan to stay with in Amsterdam, and will go to some of the museums there. I saw a two-day pass including museums for near $60. I only plan to go to a few museums, so I'm not sure if that's a good deal or not. Anyway, any advice on this matter will be appreciated...

I'm probably a bit late with this >_> But there are transportation passes available-- 1 hour, 2 hour, 1 day, 2 day and 3 day passes to be exact. You can buy these at any station in the city while the 1 and 2 hour passes are available in the tram/bus-- just ask the driver

This two-day pass, does that include public transport? If you're not planning to go to many museums, I wouldn't do it. Just get a 3 day pass, that should be enough!
