A pickpocket stole thousands of pounds worth of cash from business class passengers as they slept on a flight from Tokyo to Paris.
I just wonder, why on earth do these people carry so much cash on them in the first place, and at the same time I am surprised that such a thing could happen during a flight!

I love the strange swimming suit a man is wearing! Any comments?
Another one....a woman holding a child who is crying ready to drop it in the freezing waters,
but the ugliest of all is the swimmer dressed as a toilet!

It is true that, this glamour could be enjoyed by a smaller number of passengers those days. Now, more and more people are flying, and I wonder if some people out here share the same feelings as I have when travelling. (Most of the times I feel as if I am in a bus visiting the nearby city).
Travelling with long queues waiting in line to enter the aircraft, the long queues at the check in, and the way we are treated on board makes all the magic of the past gone.
We have to pay so much to have a glass of water (because the bottles we buy on board the planes are really small).
Remember the airhostesses of the past? They seemed to be real models, while the girls working as airhostesses nowadays are sometimes over 45, fat and ugly.
I remember wearing some of my best clothes while flying, while nowadays I put the worst.

Probably just those very rich people who can buy business class tickets can enjoy some of the luxury services of the past still today!
The moment I get on board a flight, the first word that comes to my mind is " Abra Katabra"! A magic word.....wishing the trip is over and step on earth again in minutes after taking off!

Last year I had some e mails sent to me by friends who live in the USA telling me that Cyprus was once the lost Atlantis. People get mixed up.
Will they ever find this lost city, or is it a myth?
I guess if this city ever exist it should be located somewhere in the Mediterranean.
Or probably it never existed and is brought up by organizations who are seeking funds to explore something.

I consider last year's idea ridiculous having the trees decorated upside down! Many shop windows decorated their windows like this, and I am glad that it is not at all popular this year. I wonder how many people decorated their tree like that. It was extreme!

I took some photos of real good wines - A - quality of course.
One cost 1.743 euros a bottle, and the other one 1.234. I wonder who drinks these wines.
I will try to find the photos and post them here tomorrow!

The truth is that every time I come to the duty free shops, what I like most is buying two or three bottles of fine quality wine,-depending on the price of course, sometimes buy just one. So, after so many years of buying I have now a good collection of fine wine at home which I share with my special friends, or just have it for us.
Christmas is time for good wine.
What are your preferences, red or white, and what brand?
I mostly prefer red wine, but I also like drinking white wine especially with fish or prawns.
Sparkling white wine is also in my preferences!
