That's a tough question! Have you tried to use the Cubana website? It doesn't appear to offer flights from Roatan, but there are some other destinations you might be able to get to first, and fly from there. Check it out:

Another thought is to charter, or take the public bus, from San Pedro Sula to Puerto Barrios, Guatemala. Much easier now that the new road is open via Corinto. Then charter a boat in Puerto Barrios for the relatively short crossing to Punta Gorda. ...

Roatan's supposed to have a beach but from what I've heard Utila doesn't. Nicaragua is cheaper and the Corn Islands sounded incredible!
