I can usually only receive European stations during the day, so I'm not always able to get to my radio to listen in. At night it's all Mexico, Cuba, and the US.

To my knowledge, just Cuba and Venezuela have black markets at the moment. If you do find rates much higher than normal in other countries, it's buyer beware.
