Has to be Latvia or Slovakia. Saw somebody's recommendation of Norway/Sweden... the girls bit yes but the beer? Horrible, weak and only cheap if you come from Iceland I'm afraid. Latvia takes it for me!!

... /food/transport were higher as Sweden's not in the Euro, but it probably cost similar to or a little bit less than the UK. Not as expensive as Norway though, thankfully! Yeah I went to Copenhagen, that comes highly recommended, it was lovely.

Well Norway has gotten halloween from American TV shows, so I would imagine it's much like the US, maybe not as extreme as the US? Anyway kids dress up(but due to the fact that the sun goes down about 5p.m you cant see much what they're wearing ...

... as I work weekends and do optional overtime during the week! See here: Some people slag off Ryanair, but I've never had any problems with them, and at those prices (£10 to Norway last year), I wouldn't moan even if something did go wrong.
