I think that's a good itinerary. Were you planning on going to only one city in Chile and Bolivia? I think you need at least 2 days in a city to have any sort of nice experience there.

In Chile, I also suggest going up North to the desert of Atacama. It's like no other place on earth and there are buses from Santiago that go there.
