Sana'a seems like a fascinating place to visit. I was considering going there for a few weeks/months for an Arabic course but that will have to wait for a while. Try this blog about Yemen, it's pretty good.

Top 3 haven't changed in the last few years: Iran Yemen Ethiopia I very nearly went to Yemen last year (had flights booked) but it kicked off so I went to Sri Lanka instead. If I ever go there then I think it'll only be for a few days to see Sana ...
