The Koreatown in New York/Manhattan is pretty awesome too. It's actually quite chic since it's in Manhattan. Great detail about the Japan Town in San Francisco: their Denny's has spam and rice with kimchee meal. So good!

Interesting is definitely a relative term, for me it would have to be San Francisco, with Seattle, Anchorage, Vegas and Washington DC all close behind. (And Portland, but that's a personal affinity).
