Thanks Sianeth. So, which hotel would you recommend to stay in Edinburgh? I'm not that worried about price, more about location. And where should I visit? I'm a Scottish novice!

... is one in Chelsea too (not cheap, but very cool!). If you dont stay there, you have to checkout the bar, you dont hav to be staying there! Amazing place!! Ive not been but Edinburgh is supposed to be a great city to visit too!

... to get colder for you the further north you go...! Hopefully you'll acclimatise quickly If not, here's a handy tip: East of Scotland (e.g. Edinburgh/Aberdeen) = colder, but drier; West of Scotland (e.g. Glasgow) = more rain, but warmer
