Southern Thailand

... from Hat Yai, simple as that. Evev in these 3 provinces tourists have never been targeted or anything like that - main problems lie in the countryside. The south of Thailand is well worth a visit. From Hat Yai, head to Krabi, Phuket or Ko Samui etc...

... away from the small areas of unrest! Wanna come to Bangkok? Then fly into other international airports such as Chiang Mai, Phuket or Hat Yai and take the train/bus. KL, Penang, Vientiane and Phnom Penh are also good for further travel into Thailand.
