I am planning on visiting the Philippines for about a month in Oct. 09'. I want to stay very close, if not on the beach. I am going to relax and party. Learn to surf during the day and party on any given night. And throw the occasional nature/ ...
 
What currency do I take?

You can only use Philippines peso. Whatever currency you have can be exchange in any reputable bank in the Philippines. You can also use master/visa card in any department stores or big grocery stores.

Beaches in Nasugbu, Batangas are pretty decent by Philippines standard. The best ones are pretty out of reach for your short stint. But you can visit them on your extended trip here. Getting to Nasugbu is easy. You can either take a bus or public AUVs ...
