Motorized Transportationn from Kagbeni to Tatopani (avoiding Jomson)?

... ? if you are flying to Jomsom and same day you could trek to Kagbeni, perhaps you know it? And then next day to Muktinath& overnight there. Then next day, come back to Jomsom via Lupra which is very nice village/landscape... next Morning can take bus ...
