... mean Tlaxcala de Xicohtencatl? It's near Puebla. It seems to me you will have to get a bus to Puebla and change. From Mexico to Puebla is just 60 miles, so the ride can't be more than an hour and a half. Buses seem to run at least every half hour. ...
