What was the first country you ever visited?

... birth in Japan, I was brought here at the age of two. We just passed thru on the way to Germany. On my own, the first country I visited was Mexico. A college buddy invited me to his home in Mexico City then took me around to Guadalajara & Acapulco.

How Old Were You on Your First Major Journey?

... then & made a lot of friends with students from other countries. One friend from Mexico invited me to stay at his house in Mexico City for the summer. I stayed a few days there, then he & his girlfriend took me around Guadalajara & Acapulco.
