Oh! I didn't realize this was in Latvia when I read about it earlier this year! I was in Riga a few months ago, I would have gone here if I knew it was there! Sounds like a fun concept.

I have just interviewed a couple who have cycled from Trieste in northern Italy to Riga in Latvia. They found Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia all very good value and safe - only problem was trucks on some busy roads in Poland ...
