... was quiet. Only 4 westerners plus us two. The town was a bit busier but plenty of guest house rooms etc. Really suprised just how quiet it was. Even Vang Vieng was quieter than we expected - only one island bar would have any people in, the others dead.

hey ventien- vang vieng-phonsovan-sam nua...this takes u close to the borde...make sure u arrive on the right day as buses form sam nua to hanoi leave only on certain days....i got to sam nua and made the misatek of thinking we cud get to hanoi easily..... ...
