... still wise to check with local consulate/embassy. From memory UK, NZ, Canada were included on that list. Some passengers flying from Dubai to Kuwait were refused boarding because they didn't have a visa (and their passport was not on the list!)

Israel will stamp on a seperate piece of paper. However, if you have an exit or entry stamp from a land border crossing into or out of Israel you will be refused entry into many of the Islamic countries (Kuwait, UAE, Saudi, Oman, Syria etc).
