Sounds perfect. It's always the unexpected. Ok... there's a little ristorante on the cobbled street opposite the leaning tower in Pisa, Italy. Their pizza's are to die for, with a view that puts the magical topping on it..

On day 5, how are you getting around? It seems REALLY tight to me. Have you been to Rome before? I would swap Pisa and Tuscany out for Rome if I were you. Rome is fantastic.
