I found this on Wikitravel: From Italy, several ferries depart for Greece daily. Ferries to Patras (Pátra), Igoumenítsa, and Corfu (Kérkyra) leave throughout the year from the Italian port cities of Venice, Trieste, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi.

Thanks for great photos. They are better than I have seen before. I have heard that Patras had the biggest carnivale in Europe but had not had the urge to go -- until now. So, maybe next year. Carnavale has already started on our island of Paros ...
