Hellooooooooo I've never been to Ghana but there are some interesting articles on Trip Advisor: As for sleeping bags, looks like it doesn't get too cool there. The lowest temperature this week is forecast as being 73F or 23C

... volunteering work there a couple of summers ago and absolutely loved it. If you have the chance make sure you visit Kokrobite, its about an hour west of Accra, a little beach village place, really really nice. Aw, I'm jealous, I wanna go back!
