Coolest place to go during the winter?

WOW, I'm suprised there aren't more replies in here! I think the coolest place to go in Winter is the Xishuangbanna Region in China. It's just above the Laos Border. So whilst it's very cold in Guangxi where I live it is 30 degrees ...
