I know I am completely biased, but please make sure you spend a week in the Canadian Rockies! Canada is a very large country, with a whole lotta nothing in between major attractions. If it were me, I would spend 2 weeks in the Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal ...

Hey cool! I've heard the best way to go is West to East, to go with the prevailing winds in the prairies. Have you decided where you are starting yet? BTW: TravelPod members and cyclists are ALWAYS welcome to sleep on my couch in Ottawa.
