... it's easy to get tickets. Most of the roads are now paved so it only takes 4 hours to get from PP to Sihanoukville. I spent 12 days in Cambodia and visited PP, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. I loved it there and would recommend the country to anyone.

... for the people of Cambodia as far as progress goes but he tells me it has lost it's 'wild west' feel. There are loads of beggars in Siem Reap (which weren't there in 2000) but I haven't seen any here and only a couple in Phnom Penh.
