No more "happy pizza"

Every place in Vang Vieng served happy pizzas, mushroom shakes, opium tea etc. Menu's were out on display in the streets so it wan't exactly under cover. The restaurant I saw in Phnom Penh was in late 2005 so it's probably still there

Umm they were still very much in the open when I was there. I think there was a restaurant on the riverfront in Phnom Penh that was actually called "Super Happy Pizzas" or something!

I used the ANZ ATM in Phnom Penh to get some $US and had no problems. I think it had been open for about a week when I used it as they were still building! I've heard there is one in Siem Reap now but I had no trouble getting some over the ...
