There are a lot of beaches in Nassau so if you someone who loves the sun then you should visit all those beaches.

That picture reminds me of my old neighbourhood, lol! Also some slightly more touristy Nassau activities are swimming with dolphins and gawking at the Atlantis Hotel on exceptionally touristy Paradise Island.. but nothing quite beats getting a boat ...

Seriously, go to Harbour Island. Nassau is OK for a day or two, but Harbour Island is where it's at. You can take a ferry from the main port and I think it's about $20 for a round trip, if I'm not mistaken. Go down to the dock and eat ...

The local busses (jitneys) in Nassau are cheap, easy, and make connecting with the locals very easy. Highly recommended.

... Harbour Island Do you have a bigger budget? St. Martin, is more expensive, however, it's better for nightlife than the Bahamas is. You can also do short excursions to quieter islands like Anguilla and Saba. (I loved Saba way more than Anguilla, BTW) ...

I thing this is one the very useful forum. Where you can get lot of information about the Nassau.In this holiday, I have plaaned to go there and booked my ticket through ECT at very good price.

Travelling in Nassau in a wonderful thing. like to do it again with my kids. me and my wife just got back from there. we booked everything via easyclick travel and its really costs nothing!

... Key West to Havana, so it's a hop, skip and a jump for us here in South Florida. The first organizations to enter after the travel restrictions are lifted will be the cruise lines. The Bahamas will suffer as they will all replace Nassau with Havana.
