We went to Mendoza some years ago. We visited the Norton winery. Here is my (see page 5). Also there are a gazillion blog entries for with more advice than you could deal with in a century!

After about just 1, I can´t do another! I´d say 2 max. Mendoza has plenty of other attractions as well. I´ll be heading to Mendoza for the first time soon so I can´t give much advice on the actual wineries.
