So we're staying in this sweet guest house about 5 km out of San Pedro. We rented the entire house. It's huge. We have a dock and a private breach type area. It's sweet.

Prices here are really expensive. As expensive as Connecticut which is an expensive part of the US. most things are priced in U$. It's pretty crazy.
