This was really quite nice accomodation in a really great location. The staff were also really helpful and pleasant.
However management had chosen to change the internet service provider close to christmas and the service was really poor. Staff did go out of their way to try and assist but it still didn't work.
When then started to think it was our computer but it wasn't ...as soon as we were elsewhere there was no problem. At least the staff on the desk supported our decision not to pay for non existant service
