    ... arrived at the seaway right at the top of the tide. Entry was great, except for the dinghy fishing in the middle of the channel who decided to move at the last minute of our approach, problem being he hadn't seen us, and almost drove straight into us.     ... indefinite trauma of never ending downpours. Even though I'm a big fan of rain, as Vancouver has Welly Boots full of it, camping in the rain with a partially leaky tent just wasn't an all time favourite of mine.     ... having learnt all about them in the show, we found the Mum's and joeys. I hadn't realised they are marsupials as are kangaroos, wallaby's, Tasmanian devils etc. apparently Koalas don't make good Mums.
    What we found was a smaller joey, around 7 months old. It popped its face out. I went back for the third time and found it on its Mums back.

    Scuba diving on the Gold Coast

    I took the tram and bus down to Coolangatta today for some scuba diving. Went out with Cooley Dive and they were great. Two dives at south shore of Cook Island were relatively low key. I was at almost half tank when my dive buddy ran down to the safety mark for air. Guess I'm doing a good job conserving air.
