After breakfast at the hotel everyone met in the lobby for a quick bus tour around Prague, and then a stop at Prague castle. Unfortunately the tour guide was a bit hard to understand. His English was actually excellent, but there were small miscommunications and he seemed to confuse his left and right (an essential skill to know when giving a bus tour). My last night was spent watching the closing ceremony of Sochi olympic games with Grandma and Lenka; Grandma does not speak English but was still able to point out which athletes she found handsome. She also sang along with the Russian anthem - the same one she learned under communist rule. ... to ) the famous (1400's) Astronomical Clock chime the hour. One myth surrounding this clock was that the city burghers put out the clockmaker's eyes when he had completed the clock so that he would never be able to make a more beautiful clock for any other city!!! Possibly apocryphal!!

I also managed to pop into a Salvidor Dali exhibition that was in one of the local galleries!!
