    ... with all the essentials we were going to need for the week. When we got back we managed to get onto our pitch and got set up, bit of an awkward squeeze as the pitch is long but only 5m wide so to ensure we could get the van out when we needed to we had to squeeze it all in a bit.     ... One of them came over and, with Jeff, the two of them acted as guides as I somehow managed to do a three=point (actually, more like a 12-point) turn, and get the van turned around. I only had a few inches on either side, with a brick ledge at both ends. Again, it would have really helped to have had a manual transmission, but in the end I managed to get turned around and then made the drive back down the hill VERY slowly, and parked in the church square. ...
