... la route est abrupte, mais je
préfère ça au lieu de laisser les pistons du camion par ici. On
est même pas à la moitié du voyage et ce serait trop plate si le
moteur de notre maison lâcherait maintenant.

Il y a plein de couleurs contrastantes (des arbres jaunes, la
terre rouge, le ciel bleu, la neige blanche), la vue est superbe, les

Fifteen years ago I traveled from Portand, OR, to Ouray, CO, to ice climb in the box canyon. The city of Ouray holds an annual ice climbing festival for a week in January. 4:15 - Sit down again
4:20 - A cloud is rolling in and the scenery is still crazy gorgeous!
4:25 - We FINALLY hear the falls!
4:30 - Arrive at the falls and it is soooo worth the hike. It is seriously so beautiful. We take out our snack and enjoy a short break. We're at 10,000 Feet!!
