    ... points and carrot soup with rabbit confit. Derek had pork loin and I ordered an Apocalypse Burger. It was amazing topped with sauerkraut mustard and cheese. The meat tasted like filet . On the way to dinner we stopped to pet the sleigh horses. They were so gentle and beautiful. I loved looking into their eyes. Gus loves horses and knew right away they were Percheron horses.

    So it has been snowing for the past 2 days and its wonderful powder white covering everything.
    We ended up going into the yard and playing in the snow. We made snow angels and the beginnings of our snowman (which failed) and had a snowball fight.

    Salt Lake City is an awful city; to big, to fare away from the forest or something green, nothing special, cold and grey like most of the buildings ...

    I definitely have to go back to Jackson sometime soon! Maybe with my dad: would be nice!!

    ... odd look to a bald man in a convertible Mustang, playing Donna Summer's MacArthur Park and sobbing uncontrollably. What? It's a sad song...the poor cake...and the icing...I'm welling up again.

    At one point my path was block by a heard of cows and 2 cowboys. As I passed one of the cowboys waved and I nearly crashed into a cow. Call me!!!

    The drive into Salt Lake City wasn't so good. Had to take the highway proper, and it was very busy. Most of the cars were speeding like ...
