Male cassowaries have been known to kill people with their powerful kick and sharp claw so there are warnings everywhere to "be cass-O-WARY". We were really happy to have seen this bird as it was our final chance in this area - known as the Cassowary Coast.       ... is 2 male and one female Japenese wwoofer and 1 male Korean wwoofer. They are all here for 3 months gaining there 2nd yr visas. They grow bananas at this farm and also have a few cows and chickens. We spent the first few hours before the owners arrived catching up on the schoolwork.
