    Left New Orleans heading to Pensacola. First stop was at Bellengrath Gardens in Theodore. The gardens were beautiful and the house was very impressive. I still didn't see an alligator but did see a large Gar in the bayou. We had lunch in the cafe and most people went and put their bathers on for the beach. I will give 2 hours at the beach a miss. Travelling into Mobile, it was just how you imagine. Fairly wet, swampy land. ...

    ... of their truck, eager to help a stranded stranger.

    I man the wheel and the gas pedal, and the four strangers and John give a mighty one two, push. With a shudder, the tires leave the sand hole and bump up onto the asphalt street. We are free. With smiles and thank yous all around the strangers leave.

    The man from the first truck says to John as a parting "Glad to help. Happened to me, too. Have a nice day."
