There are 16 people on our trip and we are taken 35km up the river where the Everglades begin and our canoes are waiting for us. Then that's it, we are left to make our own way to the campsite which is a 2 hour plus paddle up the river. At no point did we complain though because the journey was amazing. Back in our air conditioned bliss, we inflated our sup,( inflatable paddle board)
and fastened to the roof of the rolla, off to noosa river,along with a drop in
air temp now low 20s. yeeah!!

Had a well earned rest here - beach walks, lazing around the pool, eating icecream, strolling the promenade, strawberry picking/eating and just catching up.

On Sunday 15 June we returned to the Cotton Tree Caravan Park and again caught up with Deb and Neil and also long time friends of theirs, Beryl and Ted Curnow. Had the caravan at Bushtracker by 7.30 the next morning and returned later in the morning for a tour of the factory which was extremely interesting.
