With a lot of coaxing and hand holding mum is in the water and enjoying it. It's so lovely to see and she's definitely benefitting from being in Barbados again. It's like having my mum back.
We wile away the afternoon, sometimes in the water and sometimes on beach. More beer, food and ice creams and it's time to head home.

We had toured the whole island on a previous visit but never spent time in the Capital ... so as it was Sunday and there was 'no traffic' we took the opportunity to stroll around …. and had a most enjoyable time.
