    ... and the rest of us burst out laughing. Yes, without Ruth and Malcolm the chances of us being organized enough to shop and cook are very slim indeed. I think we might just be eating out for the next few days.

    Today started off with a walk to the farmers market in Hasting's. Then the guys went to the liquor store and back to the beach for the afternoon.     ... which is the exposed Atlantic side. To finish off our tour Angela dropped us at a beach where we could supposedly swim with the turtles. A helpful man took us to a place where we could rent some deck chairs and an umbrella for 'a good price mon' which turned out to be not a very good price but we paid it anyway.     ... br> We went to the Palms Café for our breakfast, and we said hello to Paul and Lyn, who were also breakfasting outside in the Caribbean sunshine. We didn't actually have to disembark the ship and leave for the airport until 1.30pm, so we had the whole morning to spend in Bridgetown.

    After breakfast we went back to 7054, picked up our hand-luggage, and took a last look round to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything. Then it was "bye bye" 7054 ...
